Individual Strength Training

Individual strength training is perfect for athletes that are currently injury free but looking to build general strength/power and injury resilience to perform at their best! These are 1-hour one-on-one strength sessions to target specific muscle groups to meet the demands of sport. 

Group Strength Training

We currently offer multiple runner and triathlon specific strength training groups each week! These consist of 1-hour group strength sessions, limited to 8 people, designed to target sport specific muscle groups to develop injury resilience and overall strength/power to have you racing at your best! We offer 6 and 12 class punch cards, so you aren't penalized if you miss a week!

Our current class schedule is:

Mondays 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. with Bekah
Wednesday 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. with Jen
Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. with Jen
Thursdays 6:00 a.m - 7:00 a.m. with Danielle
Thursdays 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. with Kaitlin *beginner class

High School Group Strength Training

High School Group strength training is perfect for high school athletes that of that are looking to build strength and injury resilience to perform at their best while learning the importance of teamwork as well! These are 1-hour training sessions to target specific muscle groups to meet the demands of their sport.
