Taylor Stallings-Pinnick, Swim Coach
Taylor grew up in the waters of Florida’s Space Coast. Taylor graduated from Satellite High School, where she was a four-year varsity swimmer, three-year team captain, multiple time individual state champion, and helped lead the team to its first ever women’s team state championship. Taylor attended the University of West Virginia on a swimming scholarship. As team captain she led the women’s team to its highest conference finish in school history and had a rich career as a NCAA qualifier, Olympic Trial qualifier, and national team member. After a brief professional swimming career, Taylor stepped away from the sport of swimming for over a decade. In 2021, she found new love of the sport through marathon swimming races in the open water environment. Taylor enjoys the challenges of the unpredictable conditions, and the mental fortitude of racing high-milage events. Since rediscovering her passion for swimming, Taylor enjoys helping others find their motivation in the water by providing expert stroke and technique advice on both pool and open water disciplines, athlete mental wellness, and encouraging safe and comfortable conditions for all swimmers.
What People Are Saying
“New Wave Physical Therapy truly invests into each individual that walks through their doors. They assess all variables of their clients and are able to tailor treatments to the needs of their clients. As an athlete and elite runner, New Wave was able to create a program for me that was progressive and got me back to my desired volume and intensity of runs. I greatly appreciated the ability to have an active recovery and to continue to do the activities I am passionate about.”
— Kelsey Beckmann, Elite Runner, Sports Dietitian
“My daughter saw an orthopedic doctor for her knee issue and he recommended physical therapy. Right away I contacted Kaitlin at New Wave to get her an appointment. My teen thought she would need to sit out of sports but Kaitlin was comforting, reassuring, and made her feel at ease. She did assessments, prescribed a plan for her with exercises, and showed her how to do them as well as have her do them.
I am happy to say that several weeks later of following the plan, the knee is stronger, my teen no longer wears the brace, and hasn't missed a beat in her sports. I always recommend Kaitlin to friends and people who ask. She is the best in Brevard!”

“Thank you for everything you do for this training camp!! This spring, I PRd in the 10k (during the Space Coast Classic) and PRd in the 15k (to be fair it was my first time running that distance haha but I’m going to count it) I also ran the USA Beach Running Championship the other week and PRd in the 10mile and got 1st women overall!! This camp has allowed me to meet many amazing people and pushes me as a runner. This is exactly the group I have been looking for. Looking forward to summer camp and working towards new goals!! 🤗🏃🏻♀️”
